Les Epiceas is a one bedroom stone gîte that has an attractive patio area that overlooks the garden and swimming pool; perfect for early morning breakfast and/or coffee. The bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The lounge has a sofa bed that can accommodate two small children or one adult; screens are provided for separation and privacy. Les Epiceas has an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area which includes a flat screen television with UK Freeview TV. This gîte is ideal for a couple, a family with two small children or for an extended family also staying at Les Patis.
